This is a very good tire. Let me begin by admitting that I am rather uptight about vehicle maintenance. Using my 3,000 mile oil change intervals as a guide, I did a 5 tire rotate/balance at every other oil change. I also check tire pressure at least once a week. I have used 2 complete (5 tire) sets of this tire on my 2004 Jeep Liberty 4x4. They have given excellent service both on and off road. They handled very good in the rain, always brought me in from the muddy fields and pulled me thru snow up to 12 inches deep. Minimal road noise, great tread wear and a comfortable ride. Using the "every other oil change" regime I realized right at 80,000 miles out of each set of 5 tires. And, since I drove 293,000 miles on that Jeep in the 9 years that I owned it, I believe I can speak with some authority on the service life of the components that I chose. I am now looking for a suitable tire for my new Ram 1500 4x4. If I can find this tire in an LT configuration I will be buying it again.
I had a set of Bridgestone dueler H\T and they were pretty worn out, so time to get a new set. With money being tight, I wasn't sure what type of LT tires I would end up with. Apparently not many choices in a 245\75\16 these days. Many places did not have them in stock and I had to have them that day. I was able to roll out on a new set of Dueler RVTs. I am happy with my purchase. Not only were they affordable but much quieter than I expected. They are not as rough as an AT tire, being that I have a 4x4 I feel better knowing I can go where I need to (off road). I couldn't say that if I ended up with generic street tires. All in all, if you have a LT or SUV you will not be disappointed with the RVTs.
